CONCLUSION

I. (Summary of Main points)-

II. (Memorable Close/Clincher--Nonetheless, the issues concerning Guantanamo Bay has been escalating from the first agreement that was made in 1903. Cuba has been trying to get rid of Guantanamo Bay since Castro has ruled but can’t due to the second agreement made by Batista. The president is trying to change that, but if he does where does that leave the U.S and their safety against the countries their fighting with now? Whether or not the issue of Guantanamo Bay changes it will continue to have problems.
