Specific Purpose: To inform my audience
Central Idea: Guantanamo Bay
INTRODUCTION
I.(Attention Grabber)-I would like to inform you guys on a reoccurring issue that not many know but have heard about as well as being talked a lot in our government today.
II. (Reveal your topic)-That is the piece of land that the United States owns in Cuba which is known as Guantanamo Bay
III. (Establish Your Credibility)-The only thing that people really know about this land turned into a prison is only what they see on T.V or in movies but they don’t show or express what really goes on there
IV. (Relevancy Statement)-This speech is to show that this problem is effective other countries are looking at the U.S as well as the safe of the U.S in the future

II. (Memorable Close/Clincher--Nonetheless, the issues concerning Guantanamo Bay has been escalating from the first agreement that was made in 1903. Cuba has been trying to get rid of Guantanamo Bay since Castro has ruled but can’t due to the second agreement made by Batista. The president is trying to change that, but if he does where does that leave the U.S and their safety against the countries their fighting with now? Whether or not the issue of Guantanamo Bay changes it will continue to have problems.
